KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 2 — The appointment of the Minister in the Prime Minister's Department (Law and Institutional Reform) Datuk Seri Azalina Othman Said as the president of the Assembly of Parties (AoP) of the International Anti-Corruption Academy (IACA) presents an opportunity for Malaysia to make substantial contributions to anti-corruption policy-making at both regional and international levels.
